- 1. Initiative for Energy Management and provide evaluation.
- 2. Manage safety systems in the building and review the service level.
- 3. Portfolio reports and coordination
- 4. General site visits and review the service level of Hard & Soft Service,
- 5. Implement and review annual PPM schedules for hard services.
- 6. Assistance to FM software implementation.
- 7. Hard & Soft service review and evaluate.
- 8. Weekly & Monthly reports.
- 9. Technical snagging of the assets and report in coordination with FM team.
- 10. Review monthly payments.
- 11. Support for annual budget in coordination with FM team.
- 12. Evaluate the tender bid electrical packages and oversee the evaluation report (provided by consultant).
- 13. Coordinate to prepare tender RFQ’s
- 14. Examine technical contracts and project plans to ensure the requirements and standards of the company are upheld.
- 15. Review the technical work performed by contractor to ensure completion and conformance to approved design plans
- 16. Provide technical recommendation during drafting of designs and specification settings for projects
- 17. Research into contracts and design to determine feasibility of design plans
- 18. Review design and provide technical recommendations to ensure that the design standards are complied with.
- 19. Follow up with consultants on execution and transmittals progress
- 20. Perform technical evaluation of cost and time to detect variances and prepare report for management perusal
- 21. Attend project progress review meetings as scheduled
- 22. Contribute to value engineering studies in terms of cost and time comparisons related to electrical/mechanical and special low voltage systems.
- 23. Ensure O & M manual approved drawings are available for the assets and hand over to FM department.
- 24. Support property/ FM team for modification and up gradation.
