- Liaise with vendors for quotes and order placement
- Ensure the orders are effected as per order summary
- Lead in negotiation and get the best value deal for the division
- Ensure regular flow or communication with vendors for market prices
- Understand dynamics of price movement and place orders accordingly
- Ensure compliance of delivery schedule with vendors.
- Explore & develop new suppliers for the division
- Maintain clear and clean records of communication, bookings and orders.
- Maintain close coordination with existing team for operational support
- Maintain a close watch on quality control and report management for discrepancies.
