Supervise creation of product as well as non-product content, on website. Edit, Proofread and Improve Readability of Content Analysts & Translators. Make Arabic translations and approve/reject reviews.
Essential Job Roles:
- Ensuring that all the content maintains a high standard in quality, which will be identified with the business’s brand
- Proofreading, Restructuring, and editing material through various stages all the way from conceptualization to the product going live
- Updating website and social media pages with new content
- Maintaining editorial consistency and continuity in the multiple materials (videos, manuals, info graphics) developed for the varying product lines.
- Looking out for rich multimedia data on products to enable dense and meaningful content
- Proofread and verify information, pictures, specs using standard reference sources and category catalogue
- Adapting a voice that is relevant to the brand/product, the target consumer, and the website(s) that feature it
- Writing blog posts and marketing copy to promote our products and services
- Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines and Analytics
- Analyse web traffic metrics
- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication
- Generate new ideas around industry-related topics
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
- Translate content to Arabic language
- Read and approve/reject reviews written by customer
