POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager- Beauty & Aesthetics will perform operational and administrative duties and policy interpretation related to the management within the section and/or of related program area in developing the divisional/sectional goals and objectives, managing staff through direct and subordinate managers and supervisors, developing policies and procedures related to division activities such as, developing and administering budgets, conducting short and long range planning, and performing related work as required. Duties may be in areas such as animal health, plant industries, public health, grain inspection, market development and promotion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Responsible to develop the business portfolio of the Skin Care Section through improvement of performance/ enhancing expansion by acquiring new product lines.
- Responsible to identify new market and business opportunities in Skin Care market.
- Responsible of handling communications, principal meetings, Market Analysis & Marketing Plans.
- Responsible of handling Skin Care Agencies Agreements and Commissions, in coordination with Department Head.
- Developing, managing and maintain necessary contacts and healthy continuous communications with all key contacts and opinion leaders in both the governmental and private sectors.
- Directs administrative personnel in general management aspects of policy development and program planning and coordination as related to assigned responsibilities; assists in the evaluation of the effect of policy and/or organizational/divisional changes and new programs.
- Develops and monitors the section’s budget; oversees financial well-being of the section by analyzing cost effectiveness and directing cost control activities; prepares, submits and justifies budget enhancement requests to the Management. Reviews and/or revises programs in area of responsibility to ensure compliance of operations with laws, regulations, policies, plans and procedures.
