Key Accountabilities - (Attitudes, behaviours, personal characteristics and motives which will lead to high performance)
- Welcoming and greeting the walk in customers
- Answering queries, and provide direction in a respectful manner
- Handling in/outbound calls, redirect or provide immediate support when needed
- Keep updated reports using excel, and submit to superiors when required
- Handling the received customers’ complaints and add them to the CRM system
- Receiving the inbound calls from the hotline and deal with according to the nature of the call
- Dealing with common problems at the reception area, and create related reports
- Responsible for the hospitality related issues of the building, such as the customers’ area.
