- Works under the supervision of a direct manager to coordinate and execute product development activities.
- Communicates new product ideas and concepts to the direct manager.
- Coordinates with the direct manager in preparing product design documents and specifications.
- Develops Service Descriptions for new products or enhancements to existing products.
- Works with the direct manager on developing product development plan and schedules.
- Coordinates the implementation of products with various departments.
- Follows-up on product feasibility with Technology.
- Follows-up on product implementation progress.
- Supervises the documentation of UAT Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts.
- Supervises the execution of UAT test cases and takes necessary decisions when needed.
- Ensures UAT is completed successfully.
- Completes the product development projects within allotted budgets and timelines.
- Ensures that final products meet business requirements.
- Develops process improvements to ensure product quality and productivity.
- Follows best practices to ensure smooth and continuous product development operations.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Maintains expert knowledge on product development procedures.
- Maintains product requirements, technical and functional documentations for reference purposes.
- Analyzes and troubleshoots product issues in a timely fashion.
- Assists market communication team with developing communication material by providing them with required info regarding products.
- Assists “Marketing, Strategy and Planning” unit in the success of the implementation of their business plan.
- Proposes and contributes in the elaboration of the services roadmap.
- Provides the Marketing Department staff with valuable support regarding products and telecom technology.
- Informs and assists in training Sales and Customer Care staff on new products.
