Your duties will include but not limited to
- • Assessing patient health problems and needs
Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records - • Monitoring, recording and reporting symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
- • Recording patients' medical information and vital signs
- Shall be Responsible for providing nursing care through all phases of care taking into consideration age and developmental needs.
- Shall provide education to the patient about his condition, disease, medications prescribed
- Shall Perform the initial physical assessment and document findings and regularly reevaluates the patient’s nursing needs.
- Shall Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions when needed.
- Shall coordinate with the treating physician if any changes in the patient condition and report any incident or adverse event.
- Shall Perform nursing services in accordance with the care plan.
- Shall help the patient/ newborn with the daily activities and document any environmental safety measures that needs to be adjusted by the family.
• تقديم العناية الطبية للمرضى مثل إعطاء الأدوية والحقن والإنعاش القلبـي الـرئوي وأخذ العينات المخبرية ، أخذ العلامات الحيوية وعمل الضمادات اللازمة
• مـراقبة وتقييم حالة المريض باستمرار وابلاغ الممرضة القانونية المشرفة عن أية امور تطرأ على حالة المريض
• الاستجابة لطلبات المرضى وتلبيتها
• تحضير المرضى قبل إرسالهم إلى العمليات أو الأقسام التشخيصية أو عند تحويلهم
• تجهيز المريض واخذ العلامات الحيوية ومرافقته عند الطبيب, وتسهيل إجراءاتهم داخل العيادات.
• توثيق جميع المعلومات الطبية التي تخص المريض بالملف الطبي
• تغيير شر اشف ومخدات الأسرة والتأكد من نظافتها باستمرار
• المساعدة في فحص الأجهزة والمعدات قبل استعمالها للتأكد من صلاحيتها
•المحافظة على سلامة أمن المرضى من الحوادث المختلفة .
• حضور الاجتماعات السريرية والإدارية الخاصة بالجناح .
• تطبيق مبادئ وقواعد السلامة العامة أثناء العمل .
