A kuwait based e- commerce start up is looking for an energetic all-rounder to lead the Sales, Marketing & Operation functions.
Sales
• Lead the front line sales team to acquire and onboard merchants on to the ecommerce market place
• Set Monthly merchant acquisition targets and drive the team to achieve the targets
• Conduct periodic business reviews, Identify business opportunities which result in increased revenue and market share
Operations
• Providing excellent service and support to the merchants in order to build strong relationship & resolving operational issues
• Build and manage relationships with delivery companies and delivery fleet
• Ownership of the catalog and content management, convincing merchants to digitize their services in the market place
Marketing
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing function by collaborating with internal marketing resources and freelancers
• Set targets for the customer mobile app downloads and accordingly deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Be Customer obsessed, develop deep understanding of the customers & market
