POSITION: Finance, Costing and Sales Business Analyst

LOCATION: Kuwait City
JOB PURPOSE:
Kuwait Steel is been undergoing a Digital Transformation for the last 4 years and is in the process of upgrading its ERP environment to SAP S4HANA, SuccessFactors and Ariba .
Qualifications required:
Applicants should be in possession of an applicable B-Degree / M-Degree or an equivalent qualification. A post-graduate qualification would be an advantage.
Experience
Preferably 5-10 years relevant experience, confident with business environment. Experiencedin supporting Finance (FI), Controlling (CO) and Sales (SD) Functions
Requirements
Experience in supporting an SAP ERP environment i.e. FI, CO and SD. Understand Software Life Cycle processes and practises. 3 years relevant experience in the specific Business Process Environment (Finance or Sales). 4 to 6 years relevant experience in the SAP ERP environment

JOB KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Manage Customer Satisfaction
- Expert knowledge and custodian of specific SAP and other applicable applications in the Plan & Manage Finance domain, including supporting utilities, related systems and Cross module integration and support
- High-level specification of technical enhancements or new developments.
- Maintenance and development requests (exploration, business case, approval process, planning, design, configuration, testing and implementation)
- Communication of change to users
- Adherence to standards
- Continuous Improvement drive and efficiency of Support
- Continuous exposure and participation in new technology introduction
