. Apply architectural engineering principles to supervise the execution of the architectural work of contractors to ensure a successful execution of the projects.
· Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress, quality and productivity of the contractors’ work.
· Study architectural drawings and ensure their application.
· Supervise the execution of the architectural work on-site by contractors as per the client specifications, BOQ, safety regulations, project timeline, budget and applicable architectural standards.
· Coordinate between the subcontractors.
· Coordinate with other services to ensure successful project execution.
· Ensure all projects meet architectural and construction safety regulations
· Provide regular update to client as required.
. Inspect completed architectural work to ensure it is as per project specifications.
