Operational
· Utilize in-depth technical knowledge and business requirements to identify the need, design and implement secure IT solutions to meet customer needs.
· Supervise the execution of IT projects to be completed within budget and time.
· Coordinate with ERP consultants to select suitable ERP software and supervise the implementation and maintenance of the system.
· Schedule and oversee systems upgrades.
· Oversee system and database administration.
· Supervise the development and analysis of applications.
· Develop and oversee security and backup procedures.
· Ensure adherence with software licensing regulations.
Strategical
· Prepare and implement department’s strategy, policies & procedures and budget.
· Identify and assess IT risks and take required action to eliminate them.
· Develop security standards and procedures and ensure their implementation.
Managerial
• Supervise, motivate and train department staff.
