Role in Brief: Monitor the overall efficiency of the of Quality Control of the company and act responsibly for providing leadership and technical management to all sections under the scope of the group.
ü Provide management and technical input to the team
ü Lead the team to execution of plan as per strategy and budget
ü Keeping Top management apprised of product issues, dispositions, and quality improvement plans.
ü Ensure good and positive synchronization of the Quality section with all other departments of the company
ü Identifying quality improvement opportunities and develop and implement solutions.
ü Collaborate regularly with Sales and Marketing to receive regular customer feedback on the products
ü Accountable for the quality of the food products and ensures KDD maintains its standards as per international food standards
ü Evaluate, propose and implement new processes and technologies as alternatives to optimize efficiencies
ü Actively implement the company’s development and expansion
ü Shall set specific goals and formulate policies
ü Develop a cohesive team, maintaining and reinforcing a strong quality and hygiene presence in the factory
ü Accountable for compliance in all legal aspects as required and adheres to Company Policies and procedures
