- Experience in Pre cast and Pre Stressed concrete factories for almost 15- 20 years
- Maintains through knowledge of precast processes and equipment, have extensive knowledge of industry technological developments and best practices.
- Progressive experience in mold fabrication, pricing, and site installation
- Planning of purchasing, production, material controlling costs and deciding on machine maintenance.
- Ordering Machinery, costing, planning transportation operation and costs.
- Monitor Operations and trigger corrective action/ progressive disciplinary process for all manufacturing standards
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
- Responsible for production output, product quality and on time shipping
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day to day operations to exceed customers expectation
- Develops staff and employees to advance pre cast concrete business.
