The role in brief
The Contract Manager holds responsibility for the management, expedition, and resolution of all contract obligations for Agility GIL’s project with the Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC). This role entails effective and efficient client relationship management
Your Responsibilities
• Ensure timely completion of operations in agreement with the client and as stipulated in the contract
• Oversee coordination between Agility & KIPIC for all day to day activities
• Monitor all activities of related to the contract and submit all relevant reports as required per the scope of work
• Settle all issues related to logistics, customs & clearance, manpower, vehicles/transportation, gate passes, etc. on a daily basis
• Consider solutions in line with contract requirements
• Drive quality through the continuing pursuit of excellence in all aspects of work, and reinforce importance of high work standards
• Practice clear, efficient and energizing engagement with stakeholders through multiple channels of communication with an aim to maintain transparency and generate support
• Promote and generate cooperation among stakeholders to achieve collective and universally favorable outcomes based on expectations and agreed objectives
• Identify issues, obstacles and opportunities, and develop and implement effective solutions
