The role in brief
The Contract Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination of all contract arrangements including the preparation of proposals, negotiation, and administration of contracts for Agility GIL’s project with the Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC).
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Contract Manager in coordinating between Agility and KIPIC for all day to day activities
- Monitor all activities of related to the contract and submit all relevant reports as required per the scope of work
- Participate in the preparation of proposals, and administration of contracts in all areas of the project
- Assist the contract manager in handling the administration of contracts
- Understand, develop, maintain and strengthen relationships while securing support and forming alliances with both internal and external customers
