- Develop and execute the Foodservice Strategy for Company's Food & Beverage
- Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with Key Foodservice stakeholders, influencers, partners and customers across Kuwait
- Manage Account team members by providing continuous support, coaching and feedback
- Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with key clients and trade partners
- Responsible for achieving the total year net profit target for the sector and for meeting the budget by implementing effective spending strategy
- Requires an in-depth knowledge of the HORECA channel in Kuwait and the associated key stakeholders
- Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems that need to be deployed for success in Foodservice
- Expects to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.
