The role in brief
We are in search of a Director for Financial Planning & Analysis whose responsibilities center on supporting the consolidation of the company’s financials for management reporting, and maintaining the planning system for actuals reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Your Responsibilities
- Manage corporate financials and strategic analysis on both business and organizational levels
- Drive the monthly and quarterly business reviews with the relevant business units
Deep dive and value analysis of operational and financial metrics of the business - Build robust financial models for the purpose of strategic initiatives, investments, spin offs, debt funding
- Evaluate potential investments and build frameworks for measuring ROI, ROIC, IRR
- Drive the governance and analysis of the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasts
Manage the company’s financial reporting cadence and track overall financial health - Provide strategic financial support and insights to key stakeholders and various departments across the company
- Conduct detailed portfolio analysis with the strategic view on how to drive and extract value
- Analyze financial statements of companies with simultaneous evaluation of its peer companies
- Build and manage Leveraged Buyout Models, M&A Consequence models for live transactions
- Present investment options with a healthy rate of return, advise on both local and global market conditions and predict future performance expectations
