As the Confectionery Chef, we are looking to work in our manufacturing central kitchen producing date balls with nuts, chocolate, and other ingredients. You will be the person responsible for the production, supervising kitchen helpers, and work closely with the business owners.
· In charge of the day to day operation and management of our kitchen.
· Responsible to produce daily production quantity of 50 kg date balls
· Developing new recipes for our products and maintain quality control.
· Monitoring the inventory level and equipment usage condition.
· Ordering ingredients from suppliers and equipment for the kitchen when needed within our budget.
· Following and applying food safety and hygiene regulations.
· Supervising and training staff members when needed.
· Lead and motivate the kitchen team to work more efficiently.
