Responsible for all client and personnel communications, conflict resolution and compliance to client services and deliverables Check up daily on : meeting ,inspection, treatment and execution schedule, all quotations, inspection sheet sales representative, call lists, e-mails and faxes, pending quotations, checklists Daily follow up on client payments collection and settlements with sales engineers and feedback on customer services Train and guide all staff. Evaluate sales representatives and provide formal and informal training delivery, including: time management, prospecting, qualification, selling skills, sales strategy, product knowledge, and closing skills Manage all the department, daily report from each employee (sales, customer service and field engineer) to provide suitable solutions to any problem encountered
