- To maximize the sales in order to achieve the sales budget
- Guarantee the Store is well maintained over the long term
- Keep the sales area full, the store well arranged and clean permanently
- Provide the best service for our customers
- Guarantee implementation of merchandising guidelines inside the stores
- Adapt sales mix to increase the merchandise rotation
- Coordinate and ensure promotional aspect of the merchandise in the store
- Achieve the Budget and react to any variances
- Monitor and exercise control on shrink and disposal of west to a minimum level
- Ensure stock value do not exceed budgeted limit
