- Understand client’s requirements.
- Understand Materials specifications and features.
- Preparing plans, diagrams or sketches for interiors, materials, finishes, furniture and Produce “samples” and “mood boards” as per instructions.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers for the flawless execution of the project.
- Coordinate on time delivery of material by the suppliers according to set deadlines in the project deliverables time plan.
- Coordinate the quotations / proposals preparation.
- Translate project requirements and scope into schedules, tasks, and assign them to relevant resources.
- Collaborate with the team on the project scope to insure following project schedule.
- Report project scope & project schedule changes to the management.
- Assist in ordering from manufacturers / suppliers.
- Assist in Project Closure and Documentation (Hard and Soft Copy).
- Undertake design project from concept to completion.
- Define project scope and schedule during the “brief”
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects.
- Receive the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
- Innovative addressing for client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
- Generate detailed Drawing and make any necessary corrections when required.
- Keep budgets and timelines
- Ensure scope execution complies to industry standards, guidelines and regulations
- Make site visits to report project status.
