This is an entry-level position, where an experience of 1-5 years is appropriate.
This position will entail several technical responsibilities, including:
• Administration of platforms and servers utilized in the offices
• Administration of authoring tools and systems used within the company for educational products
• Troubleshooting and fixing of any technical issues in the end-user products
• Testing and validation of educational content authoring techniques and outputs authored by the company’s typewriters
• Learning and utilizing new tools necessary for the improvement of the educational content and products produced by the company
• Supporting the head of technology in company projects, product development, and improvement initiatives
