Responsibilities:
· Conduct Due Diligence on investment opportunities.
· Perform Financial modeling using excel sheets.
· Evaluate investment opportunities using DCF and Comparable modules.
· Manage portfolios and update reports.
· Draft investment memorandums and prepare related presentations.
· Continuously prepare periodic reports on the performance of companies within the company's investment portfolio.
· Prepare/review divesture evaluation proposals/plans by conducting detailed analysis for assigned companies.
· Assist to initiate, manage, and/or implement potential technology projects in the Middle East and more particularly in Kuwait.
· Prepare detailed divesture evaluation proposals and include potential exit strategies for the assigned companies/projects.
· Conduct assessments on assigned companies in terms of the market's and the company's products/services, technology, management, business model and valuation.
