- Evaluate the company’s existing HR planning mechanism and enact improvement links to business strategy and demands, to fulfill recruitment requirements
- Initiate all new recruitment and re-orient existing personnel
- Develop a quantitative module to highlight workplace talent and build up a dynamic talent pool
- Conduct training needs analysis and engage in customized and ongoing in-house training programs based on highlighted improvement areas
- Ensure work practices allow equal opportunity, and periodically assess the workforce with view to rewarding personnel based on merit and achievement
- Maintain uniformity of practices and work with department heads to identify and fulfill HR requirements
- Chart career ladders for designation groups, meeting budgetary parameters, and continuous monitoring with view to realizing employee career growth aspiration
- Devise a clear succession plan for vital organizational functions
- Support management in ensuring a pleasant and productive working environment
- Assume the turn-to role for employee welfare through coaching, conflict resolution and counseling
