• Responsible & accountable to ensure that all the projects are executed on time safely within the approved standards laid out and in accordance with the contract specifications.
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Managing site operations, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and subcontractors if any.
• Ensure that all materials/ equipment requested, selected, used and works performed are as per specifications.
• Finalize price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
• Prepare daily progress reports and attend regular client meetings and submit the final reports to the Operations Head.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other issues that may arise.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Accountable for quality and timely completion of all Project Jobs.
• Responsible for Health, Safety & Quality of the function/ Task performed in compliance with ISO 9001.
• To stop any work activity for any safety reasons (stop Work Authority)
• Carrying out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as
