Ensure coordination of all social media activities, and that customer review and comment responses are made within designated response times and are in accordance with each social media channel's engagement plan
Follow the pre-set Social Media guidelines in updating our different channels while ensuring proactivity on daily basis
Monitor on daily basis and competitors’ social media pages and websites
Coordinate and perform the day to day activities relating to the different social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Engage in conversations with our consumers to generate leads and content about us in the market
Prepare and monitor reports (on follower growth, engagement, etc…) with trends and emphasis on recommended future activities
Respond to all customer enquiries and complaints in a timely fashion
File all complaints and refer them to relevant parties, monitor progress and update customers
