JOB PURPOSE:
Acquire new customers & reactivate the allotted set of Inactive Corporate Customers and maintain relationship with the allotted set of Existing Corporate Customers.
Customer Addition:
To register new Corporate customers and to reactivate the inactive customers to the Corporate Business portfolio and to achieve the individual customer addition targets.
Customer Retention:
To develop and maintain relationships with the existing Corporate Customers; maximize business opportunities by providing high level of service interaction and to meet the set targets for Customer Retention.
Team Supervision:
To closely monitor the daily activities of the field sales staff and to guide and support them to achieve their respective sales targets. To accompany the staff periodically for their Corporate Customer Visits.
Marketing:
To conduct campaigns, contests etc. to promote Corporate Transactions in the respective Area. Create awareness in the market with the effective use of the assigned team and in coordination with the Branches from the Zone.
Market Feedback:
To be active in the existing market, collect the relevant information and market feedback and communicate the same to the Reporting Head.
Cross Selling:
To be alert in the market and provide relevant market information and market feedback to the reporting head. To cross sell various other products of the company and achieve the allotted targets in the allied products category.
Meetings:
Conduct periodical meetings within the team as well as with other stakeholders. Record the meeting minutes and ensure that the action items pertaining to the respective area are properly carried out inside the timelines.
