JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for New Corporate Customer Acquisitions, Inactive Corporate Customer Reactivations and Existing Corporate Customer Relationship Management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
New Corporate Acquisitions:
To add new Corporate Customers to the Corporate Business customer base for their trade transactions and to achieve the allotted targets for New Corporate Acquisitions.
To maintain the relationships with all the newly acquired customers throughout the year of registration.
Targets are set for New Customer Additions,
Number 2) Revenue
Reactivations:
To activate from the allotted set inactive Corporate Customers and to achieve the allotted targets for Reactivations.
To maintain the relationships with all the reactivated customers throughout the year of reactivation.
Targets are set for Reactivations,
1) Number 2) Revenue
Corporate Relationship Management (CRM):
Develop and maintain effective commercial relationships with the allotted set of existing Corporate Clients and to enhance the Corporate Customer Revenue Base by increasing the business share and by cross selling.
Achieve the allotted targets for CRM Revenue.
To cross sell various allied products of Unimoni and achieve the allotted targets for cross selling.
Ensure Periodical Reports to be sent to the Relationship Manager in the prescribed formats
Be alert in the market and provide market information regarding Corporate Business to the Relationship Manager / BDM - Corporate
To take part in various Marketing Campaigns and other initiatives planned by the RM / BDM from time to time for increase in business volumes.
