Bayt.Com is looking for a highly effective Business Development Researcher with excellent interpersonal skills. As a Researcher, you will be an extension of the Sales team in providing pre sales services and educating potential clients.
You will have exceptional client management skills; be personable, a good conversationalist and an active listener. Problem solving comes naturally to you. You are customer obsessed: You empathize with them; understand their goals, pains, needs and wants; and you strive to empower them to reach their goals.
With the following responsibilities:
- Conduct research by calling all new companies to create records with all mandatory fields of all companies in CRM system
- Check social media, newspapers, websites, and business magazines on daily basis to note down all the leads from new entrants, new projects or expanding companies
- Generate a minimum of 10 leads with opps per day
- Generate a minimum of 30 new or updated records with phone-outs per day in CRM
- Ensure that there are no more than 10 pending inbound leads by end of day
- Update CRM for all historic interaction with companies
- Schedule meetings for sales people and communicate with them to ensure that they are following-up on their pending leads
- Ensure all communication is logged effectively on CRM
