Preparation of a daily/weekly/monthly schedules on the subjected PPMs of the month
Schedule jobs based on priority Propose time/date for permission for carrying out works either through email / phone (calls to be logged and followed with an email confirmation)
Delegation of technicians on a daily basis to optimize travel time & job duration
Obtaining approvals from the clients for replacement of spare parts – preferably while on site - to save on time
Service Reports for replacement of spare parts to be forwarded to the back office for onward quotes and invoicing
Ensure all Breakdown / emergency calls from contracted customers are attended to immediately & solution provided within the agreed SLA timeframe
Liaising with local suppliers / fabricators and organizing materials for modifications & retrofit works
Site inspection to be carried out for the provided service
Monitor technician’s vehicles on a regular basis to ensure that the materials and tools are in good order for safe and continued use
Improve technical awareness of the service team by conducting training and regular periodical examinations to assess the Technician’s knowledge & processes
Schedule training on a bi-monthly basis on processes, knowledge of the product and the capabilities for trouble shooting
