- Live for creative challenges, brainstorm potential concepts independently and with colleagues, and then execute those concepts utilizing their fresh perspective around multiple marketing and sales initiatives.
- Identify/design/produce extras that bring a campaign to life and communicate in a more interesting, powerful way.
- Work with the Marketing team to formulate and execute the production of specific creative concepts around the company’s brands and seasonal promotions.
- Contribute to the inspiration within design staff to realize outstanding and innovative designs geared toward the target market, challenging their skill sets as necessary.
- Stay on top of graphics and design trends and innovations, drive adoption of appropriate new ideas into the company.
- Must work effectively with senior management, functional leaders within the company, and key customers and vendors.
- Maintain ongoing familiarity with the product line.
- Enjoy supporting multiple projects, partnering with diverse internal and client teams, and working on both quick-turnaround and longer-term projects.
- Maintain the Creative Services Website and image archive.
