· Approaching New area’s customers to offer S&T products
· Building strong relationships with these customers
· Ensure that promotions is being communicated clearly with the customers
· Follow up on building stages with customers
· Visit the showroom with the customers to show the products and close the deals
· Approach and try to attract renovation customers
· Follow up on the customer’s delivery with WH and arrange for the same with customers
· Handling aftersales services for these customers in cooperation with customer service and WH
· Update the tracker with customers details and job status
