We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team who will lead the Sales & Marketing team.
Job Description
• Responsible for executing and assisting in the planning of the marketing and communications strategy in addition to the day to day marketing activities
• Assist in creating and strategizing outreach programs on a national and regional level to incentivize memberships and build customer loyalty
• Brainstorm activities, opportunities, and content to inspire or grow community (long term and campaign based) with marketing team
• Design and execute the weekly and quarterly content calendars and strategy plans including the strategy for paid social campaigns
• Create and report KPI’s, and build reports that showcase reason, trends, and opportunity (report on community sentiment, follower growth, engagement and campaign performance)
• Establish platform benchmarks and develop a reporting schedule including recommendations
• Managing the work and delivery of 3rd party including agencies, companies and government establishments. (Example, creative agency, social media agency, event management company, etc.)
• Manage and respond quickly to customers through forum, website, and social media tools with a strong attention to brand voice.
• Reflect skills in copy-writing in both English and Arabic
• Learn and explore new tools and platforms that improve workflow and client objectives
• Work closely, efficiently, and effectively with the internal team
