- Providing tools to implement rules within the organization
- Improving staff moral in multiple creative ways in order to maintain their high level all within a performance and attractive target candidate
- Accomplished in a variety of human resources functional areas which may include compensation, benefit administration, employment, recreation, professional development and training, administers and oversees mobilizations/demobilizations, onboarding, transfers etc.
- Administers all applicable personnel policies and procedures affecting exempt, non-exempt, and craft employees. Must be knowledgeable of human resources policies and procedures
- Improving the existing payroll system’s efficiency at minimum cost
- The importance of providing accurate and timely data and taking action when required data is not provided
- Assisting employers and recruiters for qualified individuals
- Maintaining good liaison between departments
- Creating a friendly and warm atmosphere
- Follow up on all relevant problems that create identity and belonging feelings
- Monitor the morals of the staff while having no personal influences to affect the employees relationship among each other’s
Employee Relations/ Personnel Management
- Maintain HR files with all relevant document and employee information electronically and in hard copies.
- Responsible to organize HR events like –Birthday’s, fun hours, farewell etc…
- Advice employees on company’s Policies and procedures and Kuwait labor law.
- Respond to employees queries on leaves, resignations, end of services etc…
- Coordinating, negotiating and renewing Medical and life insurance in compliance to Kuwait Labor Law.
