Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Creating and maintaining general onboarding process and associated documentation/materials.
Ensuring onboarding materials are up to date and meet company expectations.
Liaising with Government Services to ensure a quality-based, timely and consistent flow of information.
Leading initial onboarding processes including meeting with new hires and assisting in onboarding with tools and technology.
Acting as primary point of contact for a new hire’s general questions and managing communication flow.
Leading onboarding preparation: ensuring new hires have access to accounts, tools and technology necessary to perform their specific role.
Maintaining the onboarding platform to ensure candidate records are complete and that the onboarding process is accurately tracked.
Managing the exit interview process and reporting on feedbacks.
Assisting with candidate recruiting processes as needed.
