- The Facility Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising the operations and maintenance of the assets and facilities as well as soft services for to ensure quality delivery of services and maximization the life of assets.
- Manage and attend occupiers’ complaints to reach resolution within the key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure best service quality possible.
- Supervise soft services activities, external cleaning, pest control and waste management (for villas) in common areas
- Supervise maintenance of site buildings classified under Master Community/Owner Association assets
- Supervise maintenance of playgrounds and parks in the common areas
- Coordinate with other departments for any issues related to infrastructure maintenance and operation.
