Prepare logistics of assessment centers and coordinate activities of employees and assessors in the assessment centers: that would include base lining and recruitment CECs and Customer Interfacing Assessments.
Administer assessment tests, score and document test results and communicate to employees.
Coordinate with Department Heads for smooth assessment of employees.
Conduct post CECs feedback in order to measure CEC efficiency on the job implementation, identify areas for improvement and recommend changes accordingly.
Develop training material, related to talent management processes, to keep employees informed.
Participate in delivering awareness sessions to employees under the supervision of the Manager , Talent Management.
Maintain the E-learning system by continuous checking of system related issues, latest updates of the catalogue and coordinate accordingly with the supplier.
Counsel employees on the best optimization of the development programs.
Update BIB training database and maintain Auto BIB.
Maintain the Techno Functional and Behavioral Competency dictionaries.
Prepare talent management related reports : BIB report , PDP report , monthly talent management report etc.
Train new joiners on talent management processes.
Work efficiently on all systems : E-synergy , SAP , SHL site , CEC online site , Track for e-learning website .
Assist employees , in person or by phone , with all their issues related to BIB , CEC and PDP.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to support all functions: Recruitment personnel, HRBPs, Department heads , etc.
