A leading FMCG company is looking to hire a Co-ops Sales Manager
The right candidate should:
- Have the ability to lead the sales & merchandisers team to achieve the sales budget of the co-ops channel.
- Have the ability to break down the sales target by outlet & salesmen.
- Identify sales and distribution gaps in the market & develop a corrective action plan.
- Have a strong network in the coop channel.
- Control & reduce the selling expense.
- Generate sales reports, follow up reports to his direct manager.
- Monitor the competition activities & inform his manager.
يجب على المتقدم أن يكون لديه المقدرة:
- على إدارة فريق المبيعات \[ المندوبين والمروجين\] لتحقيق أهداف الشركة البيعية لقسم الجمعيات التعاونية.
- على توزيع خطة المبيعات الشهرية / السنوية حسب نقاط البيع والمندوب
- لوضع خطط بيعية لعلاج لنقاط الضعف في السوق من حيث المبيعات والتوزيع
- على تنمية العلاقات بالعاملين في الجمعيات التعاونية التي تخدم اهداف الادارة.
- لإدارة وتخفيض المصروفات لتعظيم ربحية القسم.
- على عمل تقارير بيعية دورية ومتابعتها مع المدير المباشر.
- على متابعة أنشطة المنافسين و عمل تقارير دورية للادارة
