The Role:
As a CAD Officer you will be responsible for producing CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings for issue, both internally & to franchise partners for brand drawings, and for maintaining the library of drawings, plans, & site-photos.
You will also:
\[ Prepare site survey information for Franchise Partners. Draught accurate drawings for review by Property Department.
\[ Prepare project program to carryout work on site
\[ Maintain up to date system records & physical archive of drawings & site photos, ensuring referencing & immediate recovery of drawings/site photos
\[ Occasionally prepare bill of quantities for the projects.
Key Performance areas:
Prepare site survey information for Franchise Partners, Draught accurate drawings for review by Property Department.

Knowledge:
CAD and technical draughting/drawing qualification
Experience:
2 years construction based CAD experience
