- Responsible for the Admin Services related to SharePoint, MS Project Server.
- Manage, develop and implement the Secure Pull Print Software policies and standards.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and update the Managed Print Services and Secure Pull Print Software.
- Ensure effective incident management and service desk operations.
- Ensure maintenance and production for accurate, up to date services statistics and reports.
- Supervise, managing and coordinating the activities of staff dealing with Managed Print Services and Secure Pull Print Software.
- Ensure effective incident reviews.
- Arrange internal staff meetings.
- Continuous resources skills improvement, training, orientations, etc.
