As Sales Representative:
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and maintain them.
• Ability to grow our business by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Visit customers door-to-door and able to cold call prospects
• Grow our customer base and maintain the funnel on potential prospects, with regular updates to logs
• Weekly report on sales performance
As Real Estate Agent:
• Contact property owners and advertise service to solicit property listings
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details and during the closing of sales.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Interview Buyers/Renters to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
• Take Photos of properties, following agreement with owner.
