- Conduct daily calls to secure telephonic or physical meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct research by calling new companies to create records with all mandatory fields of all companies in CRM
- Update CRM for all historic interaction with companies
- Carry out other operational activities as requested by the management.
- Generate a minimum of new or updated records with phone-outs per day in CRM

- Check newspapers and business magazines to note down all the leads from new entrants, new projects or expanding companies,
- Check various websites for leads that might have been missed in print.
