• Responsible for all network devices: controlling, managing, configuring and on daily basis monitoring the traffic through the network (CORE switches - Access Switches – WLC –CUCM Call manager and Cisco Unity- UCS Servers) in addition to Switches and Routers configuration backup contiguously.
• Monitor WI-Fi Access point operation including 2 SSIDs (AYAAN & YAAL-Wi-Fi) and installation needed license for both WLC (Wireless Controllers) installed in 2 UCS servers located in server room.
• Contact Manager and Cisco unity administration to control the IP Phones system based on the requirement.
• Manage and monitor the IP Camera surveillance system and CCTV server, and reconfigure all IP Cameras according to updated requirements.
• Configure new VLANs and switch ports for new tenants on Core and access switches to support Quality-Net services reaches to those customers for achieving full connectivity between tenant and internet Service Provider (Q.NET).
• Manage, control and develop the Public Address (Sound System).
• Ensure the Finger Print machine operations, connectivity etc and make finger print facility for employees and labors by registering all needed data in F.P. Program.
• Create monthly attendance sheets for security team, cleaning team & MEP technicians forward to top management.
• Troubleshoot the problems related to network connectivity, Surveillance, or internet service for the entire building.
• Access Control doors and control system administration.
• Responsible for Counting Program CPOS for counting the people in desired work location (administration, monitoring and reporting).
• Parking the Gate Barrier Cards programing.) Cards stop, run and extending the subscription duration) in addition to monitor and manage violations for anti-pass pack.
