·Gather information and research from different stakeholders to sell to clients and provide best investment ideas.
·Cultivate a client base, initiate new clients while developing old ones to maximize the current potential of clients.
·Understand the investment style and criteria of each client to better service them while staying focused on client’s needs.
·Grow the relationship between Private Banking, Corporate Banking and Company’s Brokerage and accompany brokers on their weekly visits.
·Supervise the team and align their efforts in order to achieve the yearly budgets set forth by management.
·Stay up-to-date and understand the rules and regulations related to the Institutional trading and sales of the Capital Markets Authorities, Kuwait Bourse Company and other regulatory firms
