OPERATIONAL
► Write compelling content and curate technical material from other teams
► Execute internal process and standards to support scale and operational excellence
► Assist in the creation of the project schedule and assigned tasks throughout the proposal life Cycle
► Consistently maintain and update proposal library in database
► Conduct research and maintain data on industry trends
► Coordinate proposal printing, assembling and submission as needed.
► Excellent project management ability
► Experience utilizing proposal management software
► Ability to meet deadlines without exceptions
► Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
► Ability to build positive internal relationships
► Able to work autonomously and self-motivated
► Team player with ability to work cooperatively with other departments within the organization
► Coordinate and maintain team documentation efforts for responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other calls
► Identify all requirements and criteria for evaluation and prepare the detailed proposal outline
► Draft proposals and communicate to team members to get input and meet deadlines.
► Written and verbal communication skills are extremely important to this job, along with strong organizational skills and proficiency with basic computer programs
► Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
► Create template documents as well as entry and editing of boilerplate language and the integration of this boilerplate into draft documents (includes review, formatting and proofing)
