GENERAL SUMMARY:


The Project Control lead provides management and technical guidance in cost engineering, planning and scheduling, change control and project management office (PMO) activities.


 


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:-


1. Responsible for all project management processes & program management office on projects.



2. Responsible for establishment of best in class schedule management on project, establishment of baseline and any re forecasting during life of project, as well as schedule change control and progress reporting system, managing team of schedulers, generation of periodic and regular schedule reports including analysis and management summary. Includes management of schedule control process on other BT sites worldwide working on project.



3. Responsible to interface with financial controllers to ensure best in class cost control on project of all BT sites working on project, generation of regular reports, ensure alignment with change and variation management



4. Responsible for risk and opportunity management on project



5. Responsible to manage all internal and external audits performed on the project from project core team perspective.



6. Generation and maintenance of project execution strategy document and project controls handbook



7.Responsible for project change control process.
