Preparing contract documentations, review, approve or recommend denial or propose alternatives for any changes proposed by the Client.
Handle acquisition, distribution, and storing of equipment and supplies while overseeing their files and documentation.
Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with Project Manager as needed.
Ensure all deadlines are conditions described in the contract are met on timely manner..
Organizing and preparing billing documentation and ensuring all contract activity is being billed while ensuring nothing gets unbilled.
Manage, prepare, and maintain all documentation needed for payment follow-up purposes and make the necessary payment follow-ups with the Client.
Ensure all contracted work are in compliance with legal requirements, administration specifications, and government regulations.
Prepare, analyzes, and reviews any of the project’s financial impact and explores alternative contract terms to minimize cost for the company.
Provide guidance and professional expertise to less experienced specialists and train them on the job.
