To Manage the Team of Merchandisers
To create and monitor the Journey plans of Merchandisers and check and validate the presence
Market Execution Excellence and implementation of Plan-o-gram through the team
Daily visits to Markets across MT, CO-OPS and SS outlets and identify opportunities for Improvement
Daily compilation of Market visits log sheet , Audit sheet and pictures of pre and post execution
To check the Product rotation and FIFO in the shelf and customer warehouse stocks
To check Freezer Hygiene , Product and Freezer Temperature and ensure Deicing checks
Good Customer Relations through periodic Interaction with Store Manager and Ice Cream floor in charge
Get Extra Space in Category or identify for placement of Freezers across Markets in all Channel
To provide Market Intelligence reports on weekly/Monthly basis
To Conduct weekly Meeting with all Team members to obtain the feedback, review the previous week issues and resolve
To Interact with Sales Team and Trade Marketing and provide required support
Responsible for KA, Main and Top 24 hour coops and selected SS outlets in GT
Responsible for Implementation of Consumer Promotion activity, Sampling activity and other Trade related Promotion
Accuracy in POSM and other communication Materials execution as specified by Category
To ensure his team related activity like leave planning, attendance , rotation of staffs etc., to be handled
Daily/Weekly Feedback reporting to Ice Cream Category Sales Manager
Ability to Conduct Surveys on Pricing, Competition Product launches and provide timely feedback to Category
Create and Monitor the WhatsApp group for the team to obtain and provide feedback/communication
To provide Training to Merchandisers once in a month on Communication skills, Customer Relations, Product updates
Ensure all the team members follow the dress code, safety shoes and Personal Hygiene and Baladiya/Ministry Requirements on License/Permission etc.
Ensure all the team members follow the Country laws and regulations
