- Ensures the delivery of excellent service by maintaining high staff morale and team spirit
- Motivates, leads and coaches approximately ten Colleagues
- Attend pre-cons and meetings as required
- Adheres to the budgetary guidelines established for the outlet (productivity, revenue and expenses)
- Trains and coaches new and existing team members
- Maintains a safe working environment
- Promotes and enhances the image of the outlet with the use of a marketing plan
- Assists in the preparation of the departmental budget
- Successfully resolves guest complaints and follows up as required
- Ensures the outlet maintains a first class and positive visual impact, including ambiance, cleanliness, orderliness, décor and service flow
- Assists with recruiting, staffing and scheduling
- Conducts regular Colleague feedback sessions and performance reviews
- Creates sales incentives to reach financial goals
