Position Purpose
The Account Manager position’s main purpose is to create & maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients. He/she is also responsible for connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. In addition, He/she will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Experience and Business Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience
Tasks, duties and Responsibilities
1. Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients/accounts.
2. Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients.
3. Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
4. Manage account(s) within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
5. Identifies and capture opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
6. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
7. Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
8. Keep records of client transactions.
9. Representing client's interests by effectively identifying and communicating business goals and objectives, contractual and non-contractual expectations, deliverables, and other factors to internal team members.
10. Scheduling and organizing client account calls, meetings, presentations and delivery of related materials and reports.
11. Utilize analytics and other relevant data to identify key performance indicators, make datadriven decisions to drive business recommendations and to communicate client’s return on investment.
12. Identifying and presenting opportunities for growth in the client relationship to internal and external stakeholders.
13. Manage and optimize resources required for the account(s).
14. Report to the Senior Operations Manager – DCEO on account(s) status, sales figures and suggest improvements.
